you have a jerk on springer who says he was law clerk of alito |
|
BULL
This is a repuke setup, telling springer what an honorable person he is
and that he will only judge cases based on law

springer did all right handling the guy, but the caller was too smooth, especially the accolades he was painting alito with

2. Springer's naivete' and gullibility pose a limitless opportunity |
|
for the RW to pull their BS. I wish Springer would either wise up... or get a more hardened producer to help him out.

4. he actually handled the caller O.K. |
|

5. He handled it well. What do you want him to say? |
|
The caller may have been legit (the screeners there are pretty good).

12. No, I meant he was not lying. But his experience is not necessarily |

germane to the confirmation hearings.

6. I was a debate where Alito former law clerk defended him |
|
I was a delegate to the Union of Reform Judasim National Biennial in November where there was a debate on Alito. One of Alito's law clerk defended him very well. Despite such defense, the URJ voted to oppose Alito's confirmation.

10. What's the problem? Springer isn't Limbaugh. I think that's a good thing. |
