2. It will be nation wide
and so I suspect the reaction will be different in different parts of the country. There are very few Hispanics in the town where I work, but quite a few live just west of here. During the Clinton Amdinistration, Tyson Foods was cited for hiring illegals and paid a big fine, which I heard scared off a lot of illegals from the area. Some of the legal immigrants around here insist that they want to learn English (which they are) and that they wish to start a new life here. I don't know what their opinions about illegals are-I only talk to them about bugs, not what's bugging them.

4. Hey, DanCa. I think the march will be fine. But, I think that
we will contintue to see a rise in hate crimes.

Tomorrow, though, will be a great day. :)

8. All police are on duty
My brother knows a cop and he was just told today that all police are on duty tomorrow. They are getting riot gear and tear gas together.

One person makes a stupid move tomorrow and this could get violent very easily.

12. My local news is covering this right now
talking about local actions (sick outs expected and such) and marches. I am impressed that they mentioned it at all.

14. I hope to avoid what happened in Paris
90% of the people that protested in Paris just recently were peaceful. But when some morons started showing up and causing problems, it sparked riots. Not only were those troublemakers attacking the police, but they were attacking fellow protesters that refused to take part in the violence. It was a mess.
