"Colbert's Balls" - I am officially submitting this
- Into the American Lexicon.

It rolls of the tongue nicely, and the connotations are, well... 'hugh'.

Please feel free to create a simile or metaphor of your own so we can get a feel for "Colbert's Balls".

I'll get us started;

"That scientific discovery is as big as Colbert's Balls!"

"And then it struck me like Colbert's Balls."

"Colbert's Balls that was good!!!"

1. "When he told the boss to shove it, he showed us he had Colbert's balls."

I'm telling you, my mouth was hanging open during most of Colbert's speech. I couldn't believe he had the aplomb to carry it off just feet away from the folks he was lampooning. That took some brass ones!

13. Well, that whole 'sliced bread' expression was getting stale...
It is high time we adopt a new standard of reference.
And now we have one.

I really need to get PhotoShopping on this one to help spread the word.
There's some GREAT material out there:

...but I was TOTALLY thrilled when I realized I had
the exact same font used for the original 'HERO or MENACE' line
in that framed Daily Bugle.

Doesn't take much to make me happy, does it?

I must be SPECIAL!:dunce:

23. I've made mine official--
I entered colbertian as a new word in "Urban Dictionary" www.UrbanDictionary.com

colbertian

adjective--a state of cocksure audacity, brilliantly brash and of breathtakingly behemothic gonadal proportion.

Origin-- This word was coined following Stephen Colbert's perfomance at the 2006 White House Correspondents' Dinner, April 29, 2006, where Mr. Colbert, using brilliant wit and biting satire, had the courage to prove that Emperor George Bush had no clothes and that the entire Washington press corp was asleep at the switch.

Mr. Colbert's demonstration of testicular fortitude-- his brazen display of juevos grandes-- has certainly earned him the right to his own English language adjective. COLBERTIAN

Used in a sentence:

His perfomance last night was not just stunning, one could only call it colbertian!

With colbertian vigor, we lifted the yoke of oppression and retook the great land that once was ours.

26. Oh yeah, they take every crazy thing
you give them. FYI-- UrbanDictionary is always good for a laugh. I am sure you'll be amused.

Here's a good one:

Drinky McDumbass

1. An executive whose success is primarily due to family and/or fraternal connections rather than merit.

2. As above, but specifically referring to George W. Bush.

Turn the channel -- I'm tired of listening to Drinky McDumbass.
