Just got back from a week on Vancouver Island, which was fabulous.

This week I have interviews in Susanville and Santa Barbara.

I think I probably spent 40 hours in the car last week, and this week looks like it's going to be 40 more.

Last week of classes and lab exams next week, then final exams the following week. Then it's over until fall. I'm not planning anything for the summer except writing papers, visiting family and friends, and getting caught up on chores.

I managed to make a first pass at the lawn with a weed whacker last week for the first time since, I dunno-- thanksgiving? It was ugly-- another week or two and I'd have needed to use the chainsaw. Thank god the rain has ended.

When we left town it was cold and rainy... we came back and the back yard looked like it hadn't been mowed in a month or more... the grass was about a foot high, and I swear some of the other plants must have been growing 2 inches a day. :wow:

I totally disagee as do MANY. Bush loves his agenda of the New World Order and he does NOT work to defend this country but to pursue an agenda that turns this country into a cesspool of destroyed soverignty. Our founding fathers would be embaressed at his total anti-agenda against American soverignty in favor of an elitist, utopian NEW WORLD ORDER destruction of borders to make ONE AMERICA. Sound crazy?
