Dump the lame DubyaDubyaII sketch from the other night, and show the really newsworthy part of the c-span event.. You know which one..They one that all you "snooze" people seem to be afraid to show.. Colbert ate your lunch and had the guts to speak truth to power.. THAT is news... I guess it's too much to ask, considering that he spoke truth about the news business too..Hits a little close to home, eh?
Once again, you and the others who will ignore his brave words ARE the story, just like you were the story during the phony war lead up. You could have been brave and reported the lies, but you had all those fancy graphics and that war music..and all those flag lapel pins..
Until someone there with some guts steps up and starts doing reporting, instead of regurgitating the White House talking points, you will remain what you are...a pale shadow of Faux News :)
cnn.com... bottom of the page..contact us.. then choose "report an error"

2. Earth day, Secretaries Day, Groundhog day.... we also need a |

day on which no one is allowed to spin anything, or ignore the real meaning behind peoples' statements/performances. We could call it "No Spin Day".

Can you imagine the "real news" we'd get on a "no spin day?"

6. ABC's Good Morning America also ignored Colbert. |
|
But they did show the Bush impersonator. So the MSM PROVES how well-deserved Colbert's criticism of their cowardice is.
