Bush Popularity = Inverse Price of Gas
This is one of the most fascinating graphs I've seen lately:

Comments? I'm personally amazed at how precisely these track. If this is what it takes to get him out, then I welcome higher gas prices.

4. I wish his poll numbers would tank correspondent to his string of
lies and incompetencies and botched sentences.

I wish voters would reject him because he is not a good leader for the country and not because they can't fill the tank affordably.

I'll take gas pump prices as an economic issue but I want Bush to be rejected more comprehensively.

5. unfortunately, it is only when people begin to feel it in the pocketbook
that they get up in arms. Too bad lies and deception which led to war didn't have the same impact.

6. the problem is
if politicians measure success by what the
price of gas is this month, rather than what they
are doing to get us away from oil dependence long term.
