As has been proven time and time again with this administration, it doesn't matter what rational thinking dictates.

Even though -we- know that not even another 9/11 could save the president's numbers, doesn't mean that the real planners agree... As others have said before me, they're like a gambling addict sitting at the poker table, -knowing- that if they play their next hand just right, they will recoup their losses.
