Madonna attacks Bush at festival

Madonna radically altered her music to attack US President George W Bush during her appearance at California music festival Coachella, yesterday.

The Hung Up singer thrilled fans with a six-song set in the Sahara Dance Tent, and took a cheeky swipe at the US leader by changing her song lyrics.

During an energetic rendition of her song I Love New York, Madonna roared, "Just go to Texas and suck George Bush's d**k."

I agree that the concert tix are rather exorbitant (I got one of the cheap seats at $95), but part of that is the type of show she puts on (It's an audiovisual experience that has to cost meta-mega bucks to produce).
And she's always been an outspoken liberal. On her last tour at one of the Madison Sq Garden shows, she pointed out Michael Moore and thanked him for being a great patriot and producing a film that everyone needs to see, drawing a few boos from the crowd (Why people who would be offended by such a statement were at a Madonna concert is beyond me!!
