IIRC, the question had to do with the laws that military personnel are subject to and how those laws applied to private contractors. Big surpries, the question never occured to bush.

that Bush actually followed up and asked "the secretary", what was the answer? As far as I know, we're still waiting. Someone ought to repeat the question, if Bush ever deigns to entertain unscripted questions again.
