Perhaps there is a defense attorney or a law enforcement officer reading this.

In regard to the story about Rush Limbaugh...the spin is that he wasnt arrested, but it's obvious from the PBSO official blotter that he indeed was booked, printed, mug shot and posted bond. But on the booking page from the PBSO booking file for 4/28 it clearly says "release date-N/A"



But, on today's, May 1st 2006, updated info, please note by opening the link:

the "release date" info has been updated to

"Release Date: 05/01/06 Time: 13:45"

Now, is that proof that Limpduagh spent 48 hrs. as a guest of the Palm Beach County Correctional Facility? Something the media, as well as defense attorney Roy Black's smarmy spun tale of victory, failed to mention?

2. Keith O said that Limbaugh's people said he wasn't arrested

because they didn't handcuff him. But, the relevant officer contacted by Countdown (I don't remember who that was, exactly) said that technically, he was under arrest during the booking.

What I wanna know is, with the change on release dates, was Rush Limbaugh also incarcerated this weekend , from friday to monday?

the updated booking info says he was released monday afternoon around 13:00 hrs on May 1st. I don't think they would enter that important piece of data unless it was the way it was. I'm serious, no one else has caught that piece of info anywhere else on the web that I've seen.

That is why I'm asking for a police officer or an attorney to clarify the discrepency in the booking and release data.

6. It seems like the guy KO's people talked to would have said something

unless there are privacy protections, which I doubt. IIRC, according to KO, whatever official they talked to said that Limbaugh was technically under arrest during the booking process, not something generic like "anyone who is booked is technically arrested."

Anyway, why don't you send it to Keith? They did one story; they might follow up.

the release date data is a smoking gun if there ever was one. He was taken into custody of the PBSO at 4:30 Friday April 28th and they show he was released from custody at 1:30 Monday May 1

Aside.. i often think about how

Rush is alive right now because he was given Food Stamps to stay alive. Way back when he was a delivery truck driver.

Now the hypocrite wants to deny food stamps to other hungry people.


Similar to Dole: alive today because of free healthcare {war wounds tended by the free healthcare.. of ? Army or VA?}. Then the hypocrite defeated Clinton's push for free healthcare for ordinary americans.

but was he in jail for the weekend? If so, why wasn't any mention of it made in all the coverage? Why does the booking info say he was released on May 1st of 2006, when he was booked on April 28, 2006? Where was Rush for that nearly 48 hours?

Isn't this a big deal? He's telling his side of the story that he wasnt arrested, he pled not guilty, he won blah blah blah blah blah.....now, we know he's got an 18 month tail, he cant hide that, but what about the release info? You can't release somebody if you arent holding them.

If he was ordered as part of the resolution to serve two days, it doesnt matter how much money he has, he still has to serve two days. It was the defense that folded their hand and took a deal. The prosecution didnt wimp out...if they had wimped out, Rushbo wouldn't have had to go down and get booked, pay 30 gs in court restitution and cop an 18 month tail.

yeah, but it's all been the Rush spin machine putting out the story...I sure havnt seen anything released by the prosecutors office or the court...perhaps that site, smokinggun.com will ferret out the court documents so we can compare them to what Rushco is slathering out-we know he is full of shit-there's so many glaring holes in his version of what went down.....shit, if he's willing to bald faced lie about "not" actually getting arrested, then he'd be willing to attempt to cover the fact that his sleazy ass did a weekend slide in the slammerama
