Heard a bit of the pig-boy yesterday. If you're thinking he's going to be contrite and humbled by this experience, you haven't been paying attention.

I'm not a legal expert, but I would think his lawyer would be advising him to keep his fat mouth shut.

At what point does arrogance reverse an agreement with a prosecutor.

That's going to be Rush's undoing. IMHO, he won't fuck up by failing a piss test, he'll fuck up because he's an arrogant piece of shit.

when his "drug" problem was first documented he actually got a raise from his bosses, so it NEVER really matter. His ASS will always be covered by someone and he will just keep on keeping on!!

Because of Rush's idiotic numb skull listeners, they fear backlash if they try to fire him. His lawyer, who I have always respected only did "his job", but then again I guess he charged a hefty fee and "money" really is such a motivating factor in these things!

This was the same lawyer who represented William Kennedy Smith several years back. Very competent, and Rush probably was very lucky he agreed to take his case. Lawyers are lawyers and this is what they do. I don't think I would have agreed to take the case had I been a lawyer, but this was ANOTHER high profile case, and it obviously was good business for Black.
