1. He did ask the question |
|
and then didn't he go on to say it wasn't very funny? KO's assessment of Colbert was not even lukewarm, and it surprised me. http://www.cafepress.com/scarebaby/1386797

3. Obviously KO is the worst sort of traitor - even worse than Rove - |
|
because he failed in his great duty to stand up at a time of crisis to make a comedian's routine at the press club dinner into a national issue.
Or so it seems.

9. Just wait until Colbert mocks the wrong dem, or fails to go whole hog |
|
against the wrong repub per the DU sentiment of the day.
He'll be in the stockades right there with Keith soon enough.

In fact a few days before his performace at the dinner, there was a thread that said Colbert was dangerous because people may not understand what he is doing is a parody.

5. Actually it was that dipshit Dana Milbank |
|
who said Colbert wasn't very funny. Keith didn't argue with him very vigorously, I agree, but his first statement was something like "I love Stephen Colbert".

4. Actually I was more impressed with Imus this morning |
|
I actually went to work a little late this morning so I could watch Craig Kilbourne - and he said he loved Colbert at the WHCD and talked about some of his great lines.
KO had Milbank on and he slammed Colbert and said he wasn't funny.

Probably would have thought Colbert funny if they inculded a laugh track to inidicate to the humor deprived Milbank where the funny parts were.
People in the audience who could not contain their laughter were probably putting their career's on the line.

10. No I said I picked Craig Kilbourne over Dana Milbank |
|
cool down - KO had Milbank on and he slammed Colbert and Imus (I definitely prefer KO to Imus and try to avoid Imus at all costs) had Kilbourne on (whom I like) and he said he thought Colbert was a hoot.
