810.061 Impairing or impeding telephone or power to a dwelling; - A felony in the third degree

and

815.06 Offenses against computer users - A felony in the second degree

Know that a police report will be filed, and forensic evidence will be collected.

17. Sorry to hear this, benburch. Vandalism is such an evil thing;

our garage was entered and small items taken from our car. When they tried to get into the house, the alarm went off and they ran. (Husband left the garage door open...)

Perhaps you might check with someone who can bury your incoming telephone wires -- the connections are usually very obvious with a terminal box -- but we had them buried and put the telephone terminal box inside our garage -- in another house, they were in the basement. Nobody has to see them and no one can cut them.

My husband is an electrical engineer and he figured this out years ago. If you want more details, PM me.

Yeah, it's ugly. But the freeper mind is an ugly place. BossHog just made an excellent post on this topic, in fact.

I was just down to "the boat" (What we call our casino here) to get some coffee and saw somebody in the parking lot stumble (obviously drunk) into a F-150 that was covered with GOP bumper-stickers... (Well, OK, not covered, there were four of them.) The Elgin cops got him as soon as he put in the key and backed out of the parking space. First, how drunk do you have to be before you think the cop who sits right there watching the lot most of the day will ignore the fact that you are stumbling drunk and are trying to operate a motor vehicle? Second, more proof of the gross criminality of The Right.
