animal cruelty..please sign petition

i posted a thread last week about a dog in my area who had been brutally tortured and left to die. She lost her battle and the man who so viciously attacked her was caught. PLease sign this petition to see that he gets the maximum punishment allowed for what he did. And I was so disappointed that she passed away. I don't think the max allowed is even close to what I would do to him, but I'll gladly sign the petition just to make sure they make it as harsh as they can.

4. i couldn't go

because I had to work. I donated to OK though and plan to from now on even if it's a small amount. I have read many of the stories and my daughter works for a Vet who participates in rescue efforts but this story stuck with me so. I was amazed at the public outpour of affection for Mercy.

6. I'm amazed and sickened by what people can do

not only to animals but to other people. I'd really like to know the thought processes or lack thereoff in people that can do this kind of thing and then sleep at night. I think the wiring just isn't right.

Sociopathic fucks like this need to be majorly slapped with jail time. I'll bet you this isn't the first victim of this bastard's violence, it's just the first time he got caught. And anyone who would inflict torture like this on an animal wouldn't hesistate to do the same to his fellow humans, particularly those he would consider weaker than himself or more vulnerable, like women and children.

A man was arrested as a repeat offender for shooting neighborhood dogs and for having put out dog food mixed with anti-freeze for them to eat. Several animals have died horrible deaths.
