2. We had a sales tax issue
on the ballot, and our county is flat broke. I doubt it passes. And I wrote in Charlie Wilson who failed to get 50 signatures to get on the ballot. That just amazed me. He couldnt find 50 signatures?

3. I voted early in Indiana --
There is really only one interesting contest here --

Entrenched Dem Baron Hill v. Progressive Dem Gretchen Clearwater.

I voted Clearwater -> :bounce:

My thoughts today are in Ohio, with Dennis Kucinich:
GOP setting up Dennis Kucinich for a stolen election

We had paper ballots that you blacked out the ovals...Then you fed them into a machine. I dont trust them either.

4. Doing so after work
A state ruling rendered 12 of our county commissioners unable to run because of term limits, so everyone's having to write-in candidates.

Should be a bumpy night!

5. Yep, I voted . . . for myself!
Ran (unopposed) for a seat on the county Democratic Executive Committee. Not that big a deal, but at least I'm involved. It felt very cool and strange to see my name on the ballot.

9. Go Diogenes! That would be very cool - to see one's name
on the ballot. :applause:

In my small town I get the thrill of voting for my friends -- Gretchen, Chris, Eric, Jeannie... Your friends must've had fun voting for you too, today.

8. Yes.
I voted in Ohio. They had the sort of ballot that you had to fill in with an ink pen! And you actually saw your votes counted--paper trail!:headbang:
