Existential question about prostitution |
|
...and please take a minute or two to ponder your response...
If a prostitute engages a prostitute for services, is it really prostitution?

I don't think this question is quite as deep as you were hoping.

7. Ponder this, its ok to give it away but its not ok to sell it. Yet isn't |
|
that called marriage? When people marry its for support and sex, so isn't marriage another form of prostitution? I mean after all for having sex with your mate in trade you get food, shelter and money to buy things with.

14. I'm with you. Marriage is prostitution with a lifetime contract. |
|
Which is not as much of a criticism as it sounds. People should be able to make that deal if they want to. But, then, I think it's a bit unfair to haul the cash-only women (or men, of course) into jail.
Prostitution may not be much of a life, but it really shouldn't be the state's business.
