The BIG DIFFERENCE Republican vs Democratic Parties IS:
The Dems have a finer, better, more efficient, Progressive Filter for their Leaders

The Republican's have a Filter with Large Holes in it...It allows guys like W Bush and Co to Run Our Govt

The Existing Evidence strongly confirms the Presence of a WRONG FILTER in Place....We can do better...

It boils down to who has the better Filter....

Clearly the Pubs can do better...Clearly....But WHY won't they???

Is it because they want guys like W there? So they can PROFIT???

At the expense of the Masses?

Propaganda, Psyops, Brain washing, Nationalism, had enough effect to blind the voters into giving Bush adequate votes to pull off the "win".....The Pubs were better at using this Card

So, despite the Dems having a better Filter, the Pubs won.....

They used the LIE CHEAT STEAL Card.....The Dems having higher morals were reduced to a small force....barely alive....

Now that those LIE CHEAT STEAL Cards has been exposed as over used...the Pubs find themselves in a dither...flummoxed almost...

They Lied once too often and its all coming out...

On the other hand, the Dems must use this opening to advance their Causes...one of which is Better Leaders Through Better Filters

The Challenge for the General Voters of America ...is to get more acquainted with the Filters used by the Dem Party...

Now is the time to use the opening the Pubs have given us..............the evidence is clear..Pubs crime is picking the wrong Coach...

that they allowed a Dufus into their Party...and sure as shit, he is destroying the Party as I type....To Boot, he has a HISTORY of destroying and yet, the Pub Party chose him over guys like McCain, Bauer, etc

So there it is, the big diff and what us Dems muct do...make the Presence of Better Filters known to our Voters and get them to vote like they never voted before...with some moxie, some awareness, and some passion....

Victory through the Electorial Process

Come, we go weave some fine 3 Micron Filters

Then we Pray, Hope, Wish.....

2. The most important difference I see...
Edited on Tue May-02-06 04:04 PM by Dr Fate
...is that Republicans are not too frightened to lie about us, while many DEMS seem to be VERY frightened of telling the truth about them.

I've been told that the strategists who lost the last 3 elections say that telling the truth about Republicans "makes us look weak on defense."

The most important diff. b/t the two parties is that the GOP knows that attacking their opponent does not make them look weak on anything at all-even when they lie, while most elected Democrats are too frightened to attack them-even with the truth.

Case in point- Colbert- we are so excited about this b/c we have NEVER seen a top name elected Democrat tell the truth like that before.

6.  The NOW or Never Card should be played ...before its too late
The Dems big mistake is looking for the Perfect Candidate....wrong....should be training the Perfect Candidates...instead, we let the Pubs get the jump with the Contract of America...which failed because of Flaws.

It has to be a Party Commit...all Dems on same wave length...for best results....

3. I agree. And Bush did not make any mistakes, this is exactly what
he wanted. The Neocons are amassing such amazing wealth, they are literally bleeding the country (and the world) dry. They know exactly what they are up to.

4. Sen Durbin spoke some truth.
He was attacked by members of his own party. He was 100% correct but then caved in and apologized. His mistake was that apology.

12. Then he cried like a little girl and retracted his truthful statement.
Not the best example of what I'm looking for.

11. So would I. Anyone out there you can think of that might be
encouraged to do so. Kucinich comes to mind but I think we would need someone who is generally not seen as "radical left" for it to have any impact!

14. No, the difference it the 'Pugs have pushed and pushed for their agenda...
...while dems have made weak attempts to stop it, then fallen back, then made weak attempts to stop it, then fallen back, with ZERO major progress on any progressive agenda except maybe gay rights and environmental protection since the sixties. And that's the ugly truth - democrats have stopped expecting progress towards a more decent and egalitarian society. (I'm not talking about activists or DUers per se, but the typical middle-class moderate dem voter)

16. Our Dems have fallen off the right tracks once or twice but still
they have the upper hand in Philisophical Goals...and they have succumbed to the bait those nasty Pubs use...divide and conquer...using small divisive issues like gay rights, etc...

The Dems have lost track of the Larger Picture of being benevolent...

The Dems wanna LOOK GOOD...they gatta BE GOOD...that includes making everyone else LOOK GOOD as well.
