GW Bush seems to be wearing a WIRE again today

I am watching his theater in the round on CNN and it seems obvious that there is wire on his back under his suit.

I used to see similar bulges when I worked our university's commencement ceremonies . . . they didn't have wires, but tubes . . . they were flasks!

I mean, I think it is a wire, but that would be my second guess.
