Total Votes 39,014
Cuyahoga Precincts Reporting: 950 Of 1451 - 65.47%

I'd like to believe that's the end of it, but remember who the SoS is :(

2. Lots of people got disenfranchised
That would make a difference statewide, but in a single district it just means that 76% of the vote is a smaller number. Not that that's OK or anything--it has to stop whether it has an effect on the percentages or not.
