Joshua Guttman who's buildings burnt down two years ago.

And if you read the details of 04 fire at the following link. This was a suspicious fire too.

4. Two buildings burned down next to my studio. Both owned

by the same guy. One was ACROSS the street from the other. The flames magically crossed
the street and totaled both buildings. Verdict: squaters started the fire while cooking.

building was up for landmark status so the owner would not have been able to sell it to do any moneymaking updates to it.

The fire has already been labelled "suspicious".

Sure sounds like a very suspicious situation to me.

There are lots of websites with great greenpoint fotos. What a cool neighborhood. But you imagine how toxic certain areas just might be. Being on the edge of the city, who knows whats been stored or dumped there.
