Libby's lawyers don't automatically get to see classified documents. The prosecutor gets to ask the judge to make a ruling without showing the stuff to Libby before the ruling. Does that explanation make sense, oh ye of the bar?

but the judge ruled against Libby. I can't tell which thing, his request for all the classified info or the idiocy that the VP can declassify. He also said that Libby will no doubt keep trying to get this ruling over ruled. Libby will no doubt string this out forever.
