1. We will never know what RFK and JFK might have done
I do know what Ted Kennedy has accomplished ... So I voted for Teddy and for at least a little while he received 100% of the vote.

19. I disagree with you.
As far as social issues are concerned, one only has to look at LBJ's record to see JFK's legacy. Johnson swore to complete what John Kennedy proposed to do with issues like the war on poverty, the voting rights act and so on. Where Johnson veered away was on foreign policy matters. It has been reported that JFK would have pulled troops out of Vietnam in his second administration. We all know what Johnson ended up doing.

5. george kennedy
actually i chose RFK. one thing that bothered me about bobby was that he OKed the wiretapping of MLK when he was attorney general. other than that, bobby was awesome.

10. I voted for Teddy.
He's the only one I remember. I wasn't born until after JFK, RFK died and even though I respect them a great deal from what I read and saw in old footage, I am still going with Uncle Teddy.
He speaks for me! :bounce:

Although I think Joe Jr. was the cutest. :)

15. oops! i thought emk was ethel! seriously, i voted for bobby
because, in spite of the aforementioned 'indiscretion', he was a real civil rights leader. that said, i think teddy is awesome. jfk may have been the golden child but we will never know what could have been. i am sure that teddy has made both rfk and jfk proud.

20. Teddy. He was the last one standing
and has all those scars to prove it. He has buried 3 brothers and a couple of sisters. He has buried necies and nephews. He had to deal with a child with cancer and the painful breakup of his marriage. He was the one who was there for everything and the one to keep all the others together when thing went wrong.

Teddy is quite a guy! He's been through a lot and had his big ups and big downs. But he's still there, still fighting and still working for all Americans. He's a good man.
