A thread here (yesterday) mentioned a report that the Grand Jury may have met yesterday. Does anyone know if that has been confirmed?

I don't have time to read through now (at work)... would you say, per this activity, it appears Fitz is moving toward handing up an indictment? Is he laying a foundation for it with the documents? Any guess as to when, if so?

The Judge ordered Fitz to specify the evidence he intends to offer against Libby.
Fitz will present a memo 5/5 that lays out the evidence. Should be good stuff.
