Unfortunately, he looks like he thinks he will be exonerated. Sure hope not.

9. He will be found guilty, I'm sure of it.
I was on a jury panel here in Houston for a Dynegy "cook-the-books" trial. Being outspoken, of course I didn't get on the actual jury.

The guy was found guilty of fraud and several other things, the defending lawyer's response was something like: "I'm surprised at the animosity of the jury toward accounting fraud."

Betcha 2 to 1 the people on the jury are pissed, and he doesn't have a chance.:bounce:
