There were VERY fishy goings-on the night David E. Rosenbaum was murdered.

7. I dunno about you,

but I don't ever have more than a couple of bucks in my wallet. $40 is a maximum, even less if I am just going for a walk.

Now sure there's the credit cards and ID, but I have heard no mention of these being used for purchases, if they had there would be a trail leading to some kind of clue or at least a witness. Nada.

This story stinks, something is up, and I think our man Rosenbaum, had something pretty major about our new friend Alito.

...any conspiracy bandwagon, but this deserves meticulous, thorough investigation. I'd like to know what he's worked on since retiring, planned on working on, has worked on in the last ten years. The odds of a brutal bludgeoning like this, in a decent neighborhood to somebody just out for a stroll, being a random occurrence are quite small.
