babelfish.altavista.com to translate them to Spanish.

The first one says" I'm the decider and I decide which is best
then: you forgot Poland
then: this would be a heck of lot easier if it was a dictatorship, just as long as I'm the dictator
and the last one" they have an old saying in Tennessee, I know they have it in Texas, fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, won't get fooled again.

I don't speak Spanish well enough to comment on the accuracy of the translations. The post was entirely sarcastic
