2. What Rove indictment?
Fitzgerald is no hero until I see results.

I'm tired of watching my fellow liberals salivate at every mention of this guy's name... It's embarrassing that we've had to suffer through endless talk of "Fitzmas" since last December.

3. Someone quoted a spokesperson from Fitz's office as saying
they would decide in 10 days last week. I just can't get verification of which day he was being quoted on. I don't think it will be this week. No sightings of Fitz yesterday at the GJ. Of course there is Friday, tomorrow. But I think Fitz will be busy at his hearing with Judge Walton tomorrow.

9. Actually, it was Rove's lawyers saying they were told there would
be no decision made for at least 10 days. Fitzgerald and his staff didn't say it. Seeing as it is Rove's lawyers, it has credibility problems, imo.

Fitzgerald will do the right thing when he is ready to and thank goodness for that. One has only to check his previous cases to know he is thorough and time is not an issue, locking down his case is.

12. Here's what I found re what Shuster said...
"David Shuster: "For Karl Rove, the drama is going to continue for a while. Sources close to Rove say his legal team has been told by prosecutors that no indictment decision will be made for at least another week. It means that even though Rove on Wednesday answered questions for three and a half hours, prosecutors are still unwilling to clear him or signal that his answers satisifed the grand jury."

13. Thanks for clearing that up.
That is the rumor is in the comments at a few blogs that disseminate the Plame case. I guess it pays to look things up instead of repeating untruthiness.

Thanks :)

16. lol re untruthiness, the untruthiness is on the part of Rove's lawyers
not on you! They work very hard to try and get the public to believe Fitz said something when he has said nothing publicly.

17. If Rove is indicted will Bush say Rove hasn't been convicted
of anything and we'll wait and see, while still keeping Rove on...to steal elections for republicans this November...

And like Libby, Rove's case won't even be heard until next year.
