It appeared to be an organized thing of sorts...the woman who held up the sign, and another middle -aged woman were escorted out,as well as a young man with a military-style haircut.

1. From the Video -
He was giving a speach at the Southern Center for International Studies.

The Southern Center for International Studies (SCIS), founded in 1962, is a non-profit educational institution based in Atlanta, Georgia. The primary mission of SCIS is to internationalize the thinking of the American public. In accomplishing this mission, SCIS seeks to inform. It does not take political positions or attempt to influence policy.

2. From the applause, more than a few Kool-Aid drinkers...
Ray McGovern got a bit of applause, too, but not as much. And when Rumsfeld said, "No, no, no. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Let him stay one second--just a second," it seems that like security was getting ready to throw McGovern out.

3. And right after that, someone said, "This is America?" That was
a nice, telling capture!

4. Followed by clapping, which led Rumsfeld to say, quite sarcastically...
"...You're gettin' plenty of play, sir." Oh, boy, was Rumsfeld ever pissed that his piece of shit little appearance got hijacked by the reality patrol.
