From Think Progress, a little helpful hint for a righty who's tired of being called a chickenhawk:

http://thinkprogress.org/2006/05/04/i-got-called-a-chickenhawk-the-other-day/

“I got called a chickenhawk the other day,”

National Review’s Greg Pollowitz says. “I think one of the greatest missed opportunities since 9/11 is that the govt. didn’t create a way for 30+ year old guys who want to help, but really can’t, to serve.” Actually, they did: “Welcome to the National Guard, where all citizens between the ages of 17 and 40 are eligible for service.” May 4, 2006 5:31 pm | Comment (31)

4. I thought they had actually raised the age to 42, but I can't swear to it.
I think I remember that from somewhere.

Ok. Here it is:

The $1,000 finder's fee has been raised to $2,000 because they have offered it to my hubby for signing up people. I find it disgusting!
