We have over 2,400 dead soldiers (true number most likely twice that high, at least) because of a war we were lied into by our 'esteemed Leader'. We have open corruption from one side of Capitol Hill to the other. We have record poverty (and record profits by the Elite Corporations), an Economy that's in the toilet - Sex scandals, money laundering, looming indictments etc, etc, in the Hallowed Halls of Congress and the thing that upsets us the most at the moment is that Patrick Kennedy is getting 'smeared' by the MSM.

Did we expect anything else, really? Anything to get our minds off the real issues, the real problems.

Whatever the facts are about Kennedy - whether it was side effects, a drug interaction or whether he was drunk (can't say I would approve, but still...) it isn't the worst thing a politician has ever done.

We get pissed off because it's all over the TV, yet we contribute (guilty of it myself) by running it all over the boards, here and other places - therefore playing right into the hands of the Repukes and Repuke owned media.

Myself, I'll ignore this with hunt from now on, maybe if we won't give in to speculations or reply to them, they'll drop it - if there is no more fuel for the fire it'll burn itself out.......eventually. We got more important stuff to worry about and fight against.
