Lieven said recent independent polls give the government of Russian President Vladimir Putin an approval rating of 72 percent and that democratic parties receive just 7 percent of public support compared with other parties in Russia.

He did a stellar PR performance by publically announcing that some oil pipeline would avoid polluting an area near population.
That Ex KGB Officer really knows how to play to the crowd. :P

These latest efforts are really piss poor, in that, my eight year old can see through them - Porter could use your expertise since the CIA has been gutted in favor of manning their staff with a bunch of Neo-Con political Lackeys.
