Let's help the liberal media really zoom in on the Kennedy story
Let's see how many posts we can get going on the Kennedy accident so we can distract all of us from the real work we need to be doing. :sarcasm:

When I enter the discussion forums now, I'm seeing four posts about Kennedy on the first page, most of them complaining about how distracting the Kennedy item is from real issues.

Can we just stop now?

1. This little fella can be your best friend

It helped me maintain my sanity during the Cynthia McKinney days.

2. It'd be nice if there could be just the one thread...
and people posted in it, and not clutter the place up.

Would have been nice to see some more replies to that Lobby Reform Bill thread earlier this week...

4. But...but...but...
Isn't this in fact another Kennedy thread? And...uh...didn't I just reply to it?

So we're just adding to the distraction. Or are we?

I need to lie down. My head hurts.

5. Yeah, the last thing a discussion forum needs is discussion!
While agree that the surfeit of Kennedy stories is a bit annoying, it's what's in the media right now, and you can't expect a political discussion forum to not discuss the leading political story in the media, no?

6. I'll start!
I bet we could get more threads than the Cheney hunting accident story. On the right-wing blogs, are they doing multiple threads on this story too?
