NBC Nightly News: Economy Coming Up ROSES; Wages UP, Hiring UP

NBC Nightly News just had a segment PRAISING the economy. Said salaries have increased and more opportunities have opened up for college grads, who will have a banner year this year they say. Said hiring is up across the board including manufacturing, nonprofits, etc. Manufacturing? Yep, that's what they said.

Does anybody smell something fishy here? Because the reality is it's the EXACT OPPOSITE! Inflation is UP, salaries are DOWN (due to insourcing/outsourcing/illegal labor), personal debt is UP, jobs are hard to come by, home foreclosures are at an ALL TIME HIGH, and some industries (such as manufacturing) have been all but wiped out by insourcing/outsourcing.

What the HELL is going on here? Who/what is behind this current bunch of economic lies?

3. The chirpy enthusiasm on the economy is what their corporate

bosses want fed to the masses, so that the masses will blame themselves if they're not ready to retire to a cottage in the Hamptons.

Unfortunately the masses aren't quite as stupid as GE thinks they are and the cognitive dissonance is making more and more of them angry.

That's the problem with using the news as a propaganda outlet, you see. If you don't tell at least part of the truth, people are going to get wise to the fact that you're lying to them and have been lying to them for a very long time.

GE has apparently forgotten that part. Expect to see their viewers go elsewhere, just like they did at Pox.
