can anyone else get Rawstory? |
|
For the last couple of hours, when I try to reach www.rawstory.com, all I get is a screen saying "Currently awaiting resolution....". Is Rawstory down, or have I got a DNS problem or something?
Earlier today it mentioned a developing Abu Ghraib story, I still don't know what that was all about.

7. And e-mail I received from John Byrne, editor of Raw Story |

Just to let you know -- Raw Story is unexpectedly down after a server move was fucked up by our hosting company. It may be down as long as 48 hours, probably no longer than 24. There's absolutely nothing we can do at this point and are working to resolve it -- it could be fixed in just a few hours, but it seems like it will take up to 48 hours for the domain to propagate around the world as we switch to a faster server, etc.
But to be clear, it's a domain moving issue, not a *cough* porter goss issue.
