Immigration from Israel to Iran. It depends foremost on Iran.

Does the goverment of Iran allow draft dodgers from Israel to get Iranian citizenship or does the government of Iran consider refusal to serve in the Israeli armed forces to be proof of a character defect sufficiently serious to rule out any possibility that the person may be worthy of Iranian citizenship?
