Is Feingold trying to get Graham?
Sorry if this has been a thread topic already, but I've been wondering.

Based on Feingold asking for details yesterday on how Alito prepared and practiced and his request of Alito, DoJ officials, and the people in the front row that they put together a list of names of people who participated in the practices...I'm thinking Feingold is aiming for evidence that Little Lindsey Graham broke the rules by participating in the moot court.

What do you all think?

someone hear on DU had posted an excerpt from the Senate ethics rules that could be interpreted as Graham specifically not be allowed to do this. Unfortunately, I'm not a donor so I can't search for it for you. Maybe someone else can help.

But, as MuseRider said in post #2, the rules only seem to apply to us...so while I hope Feingold goes after Graham with all he's got even if it comes to nothing.

4. Rules? Repukes don't need no stinkin' rules!
Feingold is probably just collecting for the 'archives' or for the record..
i don't see him "going after" Graham - unless there's something i don't understand yet... (?)

i mean, only Dems have to play "by the rules"... doncha know.. ;)

5. I hope so, but they will just poo-poo it and say ALL
nominees are coached. End of subject...move on.
