Is Blogger having problems?

I can't seem to pull up any Blogger sites. I get the title mainly and then it says the document contains no data. Anyone else notice this?

I've tried Americablog, Atrios, and Digby this morning. All come up very slow and once the page loads there's either nothing or just ads--no content visible.

So, my conclusion is that blogger is F-ed up this morning.

This is the third time in a week that I've had trouble saving a draft.

I always paste my code into an MSWord doc, save it, and wait
until Blogger fixes the problem.
