....Let's split this into the trichotomy it is.U.S. "to" means it has not happened yet....ie, it is happening now and we are going to stop it. To "prohibit" means to stop it before it even happens and I am betting that ain't the case....and third,the fact "Waterboarding" has a "generic" euphemism means that for the first time since the Salem witch trials,it has become common....the correct term is partial ingestional drowning-If this doesn't deserve the Hague,I have no idea what truly does-At very least the Nazis for the most part killed as efficiently as possible...What do we do when our "waterboarders" are assimilated back into our society???
