Anyway, my question is this. I've listened to a lot of the hearings, and I've read comments here on DU. My question is this: Can we put together a compilation of the points and questions that Dems have raised that were GOOD? Honest. I would really like to.

1. Well, for starters, I think the distinguished senator from Vermont did

a bang up job of outlining CAP...and how hateful, and discriminatory a group it was, and how proudly Mr. Alito claimed his membership, when even other creeps (my word not his) like Frist backed away.
