and EXACTLY THE SAME BUDGET ON RENEWABLE ENERGY AND CONSERVATION!!!! Think how many homes and businesses could have been converted to solar power, geothermal heating and cooling and energy star everything for 2 trillion.

2 Trillion dollars of windwills would have put windmills in every rural community with a good hilltop or a nice flat plain. Thing of the revitalization of our rural communities if windmill service jobs were there.

It would revamp the decrepit rail system. Or it could electrify the national highways so that trucks could pull trailers on electric power.

It would give EVERYBODY affordable health care.
