Doesn't coaching Judicial Nominees seem like a breach of Ethics...
Especially when the people who are doing the Coaching are on the Senate Judiciary Committee?

1. Breaching?
"Breaching ethics?" I cannot tell you how funny that sounds when this administration isn't just breaching, they are leaping, jumping and running over "ethics" I don't even think they know what the word means. Ethics seems to be newly defined as "winning" no matter what or how. Lie, steal, cheat, whatever it takes to win is the new ethics. No value for democracy or the people who live in that democracy. We've got politicians openly stealing from us and they are still in Congress, a President who has flat out and openly said "up yours" to any privacy or truth or human decency and he's still there. Judges openly lying to get a seat on the court and a circus going on in the sham of the hearings. Elections being stolen and our vote not even counted, we've gone way beyond "breach."

2. Yes, it seems like it to me as well and probably is but sadly with Repubs
holding most of the cards and being in lockstep it seems that true "Ethics" has gone the way of "the buck stops here" and "Republicans are for smaller government".

3. What about separation of powers?
The fugging Republican senators haven't even demonstrated self-interest or the preservation of their own powers.

4. Yep.
The lack of ethics involved is stunning. And it clearly involves a failure to appreciate the separation of powers in the fedeeal government. There are few examples of the politics of "justice" than this. I am hoping that the democrats identify some rule of conduct that it violated.

5. Of course it is, but what the hell. Republicans are only hurting
us plain lable Americans not the elitist bastards like themselves.

And anyway, they probably think 'Ethics' is a new breakfast food.
