Why do all of *'s nominees need "handlers" and coaching? |
|
What's wrong with someone speaking for themselves? Maybe I was not paying attention but I don't recall any other president having this done for nominees.

anybody getting "off message"--rigid control is the game. How can they "frame & spin" without having the subject on script? SG

2. bush's nominees never speak openly or tell the truth...... |
|
about their history or actual positions on specific issues, so the "handlers" are put in place to coach the nominee on being evasive when asked a question. More bushco lies and deception; no other president has acted with such arrogance and total disregard for the rights of others and the foundations of this country.

3. I concur with the above and add that most of them are so horribly |
|
under qualified for their position that they need the script just to pass the exam. Alito is not one of them, but he's an exception to this rule.

everything and as usual they are trying to hide the truth from the public about Alito...

5. Because they have to hide the truth. |

If the man said what he really believes, Americans would be outraged.

6. Well all figures introduced into politics who are not politicians |
|
need handlers and coaching. On either side of the fence. Some of them won't take it; but they usualy all need it. Bryant Check it out --> http://politicalcomment.blogspot.com

7. Maybe the better question is, why are the Dems not attaching |
|
a relevant coaching question to each standard question.
Like, if they ask about abortion, they should subsequently ask who coached 'em on the answer.
They should be embarrassing the hell out of these Nazi children.

9. They're control freaks. |
|
In the Florida selection of Y2K they pulled every scam and dirty trick in the book and still came close to losing it. It taught them to not take anything for granted after that. Since then they don't leave anything to chance.
