Abby and the President are talking about how cold it is for the inaguration. Abby asks whose idea it was to have it in January. Bartlet says Jefferson, Adams, and Franklin. One problem. FDR was the driving force behind that change. He had to sit on his hands until March when he was elected in 1932 and thus championed an Amendment moving the Inaguration of the President to January. Bartlet would know that.

Guess they don't teach history the way they used to.
I also thought that Bartlett would have known that fact.

Shouldn't President Bartlett have been on the passenger side of the limo when he and Stantos went from the White House to the Capitol?
I may be wrong but I thought the President in office always sets on the passenger side.
