Schoolhouse Rock and George W. Bush: some help with civics
I was looking into Schoolhouse Rock DVDs for nephews and niece and as I went down memory lane, I realized how much BushCo could benefit - perhaps a fund could be created to mail DVDs to key personnel?

The lyrics together with the catchy tunes might enable W. to internalize some of these concepts:

For example, in THREE-RING GOVERNMENT, there are the following lines:

No one part can be
More powerful than anyother is
Each controls the other you see
and that's what we call checks and balances

Well everybody's act is part of the show
And no one's job is more important
The audience is kind of like the country you know
Keeping an eye on their performance

(It also starts out as follows; a 3-ring circus is indeed what we have today (although not a "fine one":
Gonna have a three-ring circus someday
People will say it's a fine one, son
Gonna have a three-ring circus some day
People will come from miles around)

And then in FIREWORKS:

Like Thomas Paine once wrote,
It's only common sense >> Only common sense!
That if a government won't give you
Your basic rights,
You'd better get another government.

And without a doubt, I must mention NO MORE KINGS:

But George the Third still vowed
He'd rule them till the end.
"Anything I say, do it my way now,
Anything I say do it my way.
Don't you get to feelin' independent,
Cause I'm gonna force you to obey."
(George W. Bush might have heard this one as he seems to know these lines quite well).

but the song ends:
Rockin' and a-rollin',
Splishin' and a-splashin'
Over the horizon,
what could it be?
Looks like it's going to be
A free country.

(W. could benefit from Grammar Rock, Multiplication Rock, and Science Rock, too!)

3. Dont forget "Im Just A Bill"
I will explain how a bill becomes a law. The Repubs could use the lesson.

2. I'd worry that SHR might be a bit too fast paced.....
