VIDEO-Biden and Alito on Executive War Power

If you have not seen it, this administration believes it has the right to invade other countries NOW without having to go back to Congress for specific war authorizations, under the umbrella of the "War on Terror". This earlier exchange 2 mos ago with Rice and Boxer/Chafee shows this
