1. Just heard it on CNN too |
|
I thought the DNA was not matching and that they were all innocent?
Didn't the Grand Jury get the message from the Defense Attorneys?

13. You do know that that was the prosecutor's lab which did that test, right? |
|
Contrary to what you seem to believe, the defense attorneys can't lie about something like that.

16. The Defense Team Has been all over the news since day one |
|
saying that their young men were totally innocent.
I am quoting what I have heard on the NEWS from Dan Abrams and Company.
I heard last night that the entire team was going to make a statement today to declare their innocence.
Then, this morning, I hear that the GJ indicted one of the upstanding young men.
I"m sure the GJ has no idea that Dan Abrams has already declared them all innocent.

7. He does live in the house |
|
The three guys who lived there were the captian and co-captians: Dan Flannery, Dave Evans and Matt Zash. Apparently, according to his attorney, Matt Zash didn't approve of the party and stayed in his room watching Dave Letterman all night.

Although I still take points off for stonewalling the cops.
Where did you hear this, Torchie?

19. Why "good for Matt Zash," is this some sort of moral judgment |
|
because he didn't want to watch a stripper? Since he made the decision to stay in his room before any of the offensive "broomstick" behavior or the alleged rape his decision was based on the act of watching a dancer. I have no problems with him not wanting to watch the show, but I don't see why that's a "good" thing any more than someone else watching a show in a respectful manner is a "bad" thing.

and I'm a tarheel.
I look at this as a tragedy, of course, but sometimes it's hard not to gloat as the Biffs get busted. Of course, if it sticks or not is another matter.
I should also add that until this story came out I didn't even know that men actually played lacrosse.

To those that have continually bashed the alleged victim, for whatever your agenda may be, if she was lying.. she would have dropped the case by now, as would the DA. The stuff these women have to endure when they accuse an athlete, is unbelievable.
