ABC, N YT, and WashPo plan massive terrorist operation: reporting the news |
|
Edited on Mon May-15-06 01:06 PM by originalpckelly
They reported the news.
But really, how is the Bush administration going to defend their new spy program? There doesn't seem to be a legitimate explanation for this.

"We are doing this to find terrorists." Even though everyone's phone records are being taken, people still thought it was to prevent terrorist attacks. This has nothing to do with terrorists in any sense of the word. That is why this, if Mr. Ross can get a second source, this will be the biggest story yet. There is no way this can be spun to "we're preventing terrorist attacks," none whatsoever! This might be the turning point for our country because a strong majority of people think it is okay to report on these spy stories. If it looks like the chimp is trying to stop that, it may get those in the majority sufficiently rilled up. We can only hope.

4. Mr. Ross does have other sources, the story is completely strong... |
|
Maybe we will see it in the news? Hopefully ABC will at least carry it.
