You'll see that there was a correction to the Leopold story. Rove has 24 business hours to get his affairs in orders before his indictment, or something to that effect.

I think that the Truthout story has been corrected to include that distinction ("business hours").

So, hang in there until Wednesday or Thursday.

Why those silly neocons have a habit of stating a policy and including the emotional reaction the people will feel for that policy once it is implemented. And they even put that reaction to their policy in the policy document itself .

Did Roosevelt say "we are going to solve problems here and you will all think I will be the greatest President for the next 300 years?". Nope. He said "people are suffering and we will try to solve it so you can get back to work and dignity". See - emotion then action and the results are a successful program.. not political adulation for the implementor of the policy at the end.

Divided we fall. Why do you lash out at Jason Leopold or anyone else for attempting to get us the facts? DU is a wonderful place to learn and to put forth opinions. However, we should not get into cat fights and create controversy with our statements criticizing others. Just take things "with a grain of salt" and wait patiently. The truth will come out eventually. I think we at DU can become a stronger force to be reckoned with if we show more support for each other. No doubt, this is a very diverse group. But, that is what can make us great. I, for one, am grateful to Jason Leopold for trying to investigate what is happening with this crooked government. I am sure it is difficult to do. We at DU should not be here to throw knives at people who are on our side. Just my opinion.
