The War on Migratory Invasion.
Why not? These people are not Americans. They are not law
abiding. They have no right to the protections of the US
Constitution. Protections such as those found in Article IV
Section 4 and Article III, Section 3.

Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every state in
this union a republican form of government, and shall protect
each of them against invasion; and on application of the
legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot
be convened) against domestic violence.

Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist
only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their
enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be
convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses
to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

This Congress and President has some very serious explaining
to do! This government under Reagan Bush has
"officially" declared "war" on Americans
who use drugs. They have passed "Omnibus crime
bills" against "them." To arm the paramilitary
forces that would engage "them." We seize their
money and property to fund the War on Americans. Even if the
number of American drug users is only 10% of the population.
We hope to one day round up and deport to prison facilities 26
million Sovereign American Citizens. We cannot find or make a
place in America for these Americans. We can do this America!

It's just the 11 Million Mexican Citizens that we have no hope
of rounding up and deporting to Mexico or even American
prisons. So now OUR Government is trying to find a way to
Surrender to these foreign invaders. Our Government now seeks
to overlook their crimes to make a place in America that they
have DENIED Americans. Our Government now seeks to give to
Mexican Citizens the place in American society they
disenfranchised from from American drug users by engaging them
in "War."

But it all the drug users fault. They crossed that line of
their own freewill and should be persecuted and made to pay
the penalty. We can deprive Americans of their freedom of
choice and sovereign right of self determination. Simply
because you don't need drugs to live. There is life outside of
drug use. Well those Mexican citizens also crossed aline of
their own freewill. But can't be made to face penalties or
even persecution. We cannot deprive Mexican citizens of their
freedom of choice to determine American policy. Even though
they do not need America to live. There is life outside of
America.

These Mexican Citizens come to America for the freedom to
create what they view to be a better life for themselves. Now
the American Government, that will not allow Americans to make
a better life for themselves by smoking a joint to relax after
a hard days work, entertains the idea of surrendering too and
Aiding these foreign invaders. Sovereign American Citizens
that use drugs have been standing in line waiting for our
equal rights for over 40 years. Responding to the OUR
governments "War" against US. Fighting for freedom
IN America and our Sovereign right of self determination for
20 years. many of us do not want to rule the world. Just rule
our own lives in hopes that the world will follow us to the
freedom, liberty, and the great and many responsibilities of
democracy. The Freedom in Democracy is not a place you take
people to at gun or missile point. It can only be reached
through that more perfect Union.

Now Mexican Citizens that crossed the line in a criminal act
last night get to cut in line ahead of US. OUR Government has
democracy for Iraq, diplomacy for supposedly reformed Libyan
terrorists, and Amnesty leading to freedom for Mexican
Citizens. What does OUR Government offer the Sovereign
Citizens of America? Only treachery and no hope in eternal
wars.

1. I'm about to have a Bush moment in this debate.
 "I don't understand......." "I don't understand......." "I don't understand......."

I don't understand how we can diplomatically engage our mortal enemies the Communist USSR in a "Race for Space."

I don't understand how we can refuse to engage Illegal Invaders with Law Enforcement.

I don't understand how declaring and engaging Americans in war in any capacity outside of martial law is not Treason.

Maybe if we would have more deeply explored the Reagan Bush paramilitary civil war. Sought to establish Constitutional rule of law there and then. We wouldn't be in Iraq or fighting our supreme leader Bush II for our freedom here and now.

P.s. With all my lack of understanding. All I need now is a "we didn't know" and an OPPS there are thousands dead. "Let's not play the blame game." By Bush administration standards I would then be the perfect head for INS. :dunce:

2. Because Human Migration has never been looked at quite the
same as military invasion.

It's not even a crime.

What is the big deal?

People move around this planet all the time.

We already have a ton of laws on the subject. We already enforce these laws. Nothing is perfect.

A country so afraid of terrorists and attacks by WMD-holding nations is suddenly so afraid of peasant migrant labor? That migrates in a way it already has for about the last 50 years?

3. Migratory invasion would be more effective than military invasion.
A military invasion spawns resistence and insurgencies. Migratory invasion is a peaceful overthrow. Instead of fighting their way in. They just move in, occupy the land, take over, and start doing things their way. Just ask Norway. Their Migratory Invasion is by radical Muslims. So who is in line behind the Mexicans? Iranian Shia? Al Qaida? Who?

5. You're the one that needs the reality check.
Do you even remember how America got started? It was just a friendly little European Migratory Invasion AKA Colonization. It started real nice and peaceful and ended damned close to Genocide. Uh huh.
