Libby will be in Judge Walton's court room tomorrow
i check the court schedule everyday because you never know what you'll find, there are motions tomorrow.

7. why the "et al" in the case name?
All of the other papers that I've seen in the case against Libby are simply United States of America v. I. Lewis Libby. "Et al" is used when there are multiple parties. Also, one of the motions is listed as Libby v. United States, which seems a bit odd. It would be a weird coincidence if Judge Walton had another case involving a different Libby, but these case headings seem a bit off...
